Jamac Swing Check valves are unusually strong in construction. The hinge and disc swing freely out of path of flow. A hinge bumper prevents the disc from sticking in open position. These valves can be used in horizontal lines or in vertical position for upward flow. The valves must be installed in a position to enable the swing check to close under the flow of gravity.
